The Emplaw website provides Michael Duggan's precedents in both MS WORD format for printing out and in html format for access to relevant material in the emplaw commentary section (appropriate one-click links are built in to the html version of the precedents).
Extending an emplaw subscription to include these precedents is excellent value for professionals as it provides not only these on-line versions but also a copy of Michael Duggan's two-volume book, Contracts of Employment, Law, Guidance and Precedents, which provides the precedents in print form with further commentary.
