TRADE UNION AND LABOUR RELATIONS (CONSOLIDATION) ACT 1992 s.214
TULRCA 1992, s.214 is entitled "Inquiry".
ACAS is given power by TULRCA 1992, s.214 to set up inquiries into "any question relating to industrial relations generally or . . . . . in any particular industry or in any particular undertaking . . . . . ".
The results of an inquiry can be published if ACAS thinks this desirable after taking account of the views of all parties appearing to be concerned (TULRCA 1992, s.214(2)).
