3. Further information on ICR (Industrial Cases Reports)
ICR is the only series of employment law reports approved before publication by the judge who tried the case in question. ICR reports are quoted in preference to all other published case reports in the higher courts (see Court of Appeal, Civil Division, 1999 Practice Direction No 10.1.2).
All ICR case headnotes in this program are linked to the full text of the relevant complete ICR report on both the www.justis.com web site and on the CD-rom of ICR cases. They are reproduced in this program by kind permission of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales, Megarry House, 119 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PP, tel 0207 242 6471 (web site at www.lawreports.co.uk).
