  • The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 SI 2006/1031 were made on 3rd April 2006 and came into force on 1st October 2006 (save that there was a last minute deferment until 1st December 2006 of the pension scheme related provisions, mainly those in Age Regs 2006 reg 11 and Age Regs 2006 sch 2 - see the Employment Equality (Age) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, SI 2006/2408 and 2006.11.10 - DWP Press Release "Amendments to Age-Discrimination Pension rules laid ").
  • Minor amendments are made with effect from 6th April 2008 by the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 (Amendment) Regulations 2008, SI 2008/573
