Representation:
the phrase "knowingly aids" in Race Relations Act 1975 s.33(1) is not to be given any special interpretation and has its normal wide meaning. A person "aids" another if he helps the other achieve a particular result that the other had set out to achieve (there was no issue at this stage over the "knowingly" part of the wording in RRA 1975 s.33).
