regardless of what the position may be under the the Equal Pay Directive (75/117/EEC), it would be wrong to restrict consideration under the Equal Treatment Directive (76/207/EEC) to an overall assessment of the position to the exclusion of consideration of component parts of the general picture which are sufficiently important.
