discriminatory acts done by an employer after termination of an employee's contract of employment are within the scope of the anti-discrimination legislation (the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, the Race Relations Act 1976, and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995) provided they are "incidental" to the employment.
