The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) (No. 2) Order 2002, SI 2002/2927 was made on 25th November 2002 and applies where the appropriate date falls between 1st February 2003 and 31st January 2004. Main changes include an increase in the week's pay cap from £250 to £260 and in the compensatory award limit from £52,600 to £53,500.

As there is no statutory cap on the amount a tribunal can award in discrimination cases the Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) (No. 2) Order 2002, SI 2002/2927 does not cover them.
