Authority for the propositions that:-
- in the context of a claim for damages for psychiatric illness caused by stress at work, a claimant must prove not just that it was reasonably foreseeable that overwork would lead to stress but also that it would result in illness; and
- the person who complains least, wins least - "grin and bear it" may be commendable but does not help a claimant in a stress case.
