NOTES.
ERA 1996 s.215 is entitled "Employment abroad etc"
Except in redundancy cases, questions relating to ascertaining the length of continuous employment are not directly affected by whether employment is in Great Britain or overseas (ERA 1996 s.215(1)).
The special rules applicable in redundancy cases are in ERA 1996 s.215(2) - see REDUNDANCY/overseas employment .
