NOTES.
Patents Act 1977, s.42 is entitled "Enforceability of contracts relating to employees' inventions".
A contract is unenforceable to the extent that it diminishes an employee's Patents Act rights against his employer (or against others in certain employment related circumstances) (PA 1977, s.42(1) & (2)).
