Authority for the proposition that:

for the purposes of the Police Pensions Regulations 1987 SI 1987/257 stress suffered by a policeman as a result of his being required to attend an internal disciplinary hearing into his conduct is not "an injury received in the execution of that person's duty as a constable" (which would make him eligible for early retirement and related benefits).
