Authority for the propositions that:-
- an unfairly dismissed employee can claim compensation for loss of an intangible benefit (here 8 weeks notice).
- the obligation on an unfairly dismissed employee to mitigate his loss does not impose an obligation to work for less than his unemployement benefit entitlement.
