a clause in a contract of employment to the effect that an employee should "be required to undertake, at the direction of the company, any and all duties which reasonably fall within the scope of his capabilities" should be read as a requiring the employee to perform only duties reasonably within the scope of his capabilities in his particular job so his dismissal by reason of a diminution in the need for staff to carry out those duties is a dismissal by reason of redundancy.
