Representation:
an employment tribunal must not substitute its own view as to whether an employer had acted reasonably in dismissing an employee but rather must decide whether the employers' decision to dismiss fell within the band of reasonable responses to the employee's conduct which a reasonable employer could adopt in all the circumstances.
