an employment tribunal’s decision must contain an outline of the facts which gave rise to the complaint being considered with a summary of the Tribunal’s basic factual conclusion(s) and a statement of the reasons for it/them so that the parties or an appellate court can see why the decision was reached and ascertain whether any question of law arises from the decision.
