Representation:-

the employment tribunal's jurisdiction to consider acts of alleged unlawful discrimination under the Race Relations Act 1976 is strictly limited to complaints referrred to in the applicant's claim form; the tribunal does, however, have wide discretion to allow amendments to the originating application, even at a late stage.
