Representation:-
when a chief executive of a company is dismissed by new shareholders after winning a contested takeoever battle during which that executive had strongly opposed the new shareholders, that dismissal can be a dismissal for "some other substantial reason" within the meaning of Employment Rights Act 1996 s.98 and that reason can be a fair reason.
