Authority for the proposition that:-

a partnership which is "guilty" of an act of sex discrimination by unlawfully expelling one of the partners for a sex related reason cannot be exonerated just because there were only two partners and the sex discrimination was the expulsion of one of them (thus dissolving the partnership and meaning that the remaining partner is no longer technically a "partner").
