an employee succeeded in showing that the reason for his dismissal was that he had made an allegation that his employer had infringed a relevant statutory right (the right to holidays under the Working Time Regulations 1998 SI 1998/1833) making the dismissal automatically unfair dismissal under Employment Rights Act 1996 s.104
