Representation:
an individual's rights (under the European Convention on Human Rights articles 6 and 8) against self-incrimination and to privacy are not infringed by the High Court allowing an application from an official body (here the Office of Fair Trading) for warrants to enter an individual's business premises and obtain documents without hearing submissions from the individual and without notice being given to that individual, provided that this is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim.
