Representation:-
if the principal reason for an employee's dismissal is that he has complained about late payment of his wages, then he will automatically be regarded as having been unfairly dismissed on the basis that the complaint concerned breach of a "relevant statutory right" as defined by Employment Rights Act 1996 s.104(4).
