Representation:-

in assessing pension loss, there is no absolute duty on an Employment Tribunal to follow the guidelines in the Guidelines to Compensation for Loss of Pension Rights booklet and it is an error of law for a tribunal to exclude credible evidence and submissions from the parties simply because they suggest an approach which is not in that booklet.
