Authority for the proposition that:-

in an employment context, it is an essential prerequisite for establishing the tort of inducing a breach of contract that the alleged tortfeasor specifically intended to interfere with the contract. The tort is one of deliberately inducing breach of contract, not carelessly or negligently inducing such a breach.
