where several employees are guilty of the same misconduct there is no rule that if some are sacked but not others it must follow that those who were sacked were unfairly dismissed; and

a case in which an tribunal wrongly substituted its own view for that of the employer as to what was a reasonable response to misconduct by employees when that response had been within the range of reasonable responses open to a reasonable employer.
