in the context of a disability discrimination claim, an employer has a duty to make "reasonable adjustments" (Disability Discrimination Act 1995 s.4A) but there is no statutory duty to consider whether or not to make reasonable adjustments so the fact that he may not have done so is immaterial if there were none which could reasonably have been made.
