Representation:
it was not unlawful age discrimination (under Age Regs 2006 reg 24(2) - "Relationships which have come to an end") for an employer to stop paying employers’ contributions for a male employee at age 60 when this occurred prior to the end of the parties’ relationship and also prior to the coming into force of the relevant part of the regulations.
