Insolvency (Provision of Information to Employment Agencies) Bill, 1st Reading on 22nd April 2009 (Hansard HC col 151 - 22/04/2009)
The Order for Second Reading lapsed as the Bill had not been printed and can make no further progress.
The purpose of this Private Members' Bill was to require insolvency practitioners to provide information regarding redundancies to employment agencies when a company goes into administration within a specified period.
