Authority for the propositions that:-
- under the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, not only is it unlawful to harass an employee on grounds of his religious beliefs but it is also unlawful to harass him because of someone else's religious beliefs; and
- an employee can win a case for unfair dismissal on the grounds of religious discrimination even though he is of the same (in this case Indian) national origin as the employer.
