Authority for the proposition that:-
in a disability discrimination case the employment tribunal would be wrong not to place value on the evidence of the individual’s GP as regards her condition - here a finding that the individual had depression in the past (2005) was material to the question of whether she suffered from an impairment at the given time (2008) because of the "likely to recur" consideration.
