Representation:
an award of "aggravated damages" made by an employment tribunal was too high, being based partially on irrelevant matters and suffering from overlap with other awards, and in which "exemplary damages" were not appropriate as to attract them the conduct of the wrongdoer must be "conscious and contumelious"
