in order to win an asbestosis or mesothelioma personal injury claim the employee or his estate must produce evidence to show, or to support an inference, that the employer he is suing was in breach of its duty to take reasonable care in protecting its workers from inhaling asbestos dust. Recent court judgments have not changed this position.
