    Employment Rights (Dispute Resolution) Act 1998 received Royal Assent on 8th April 1998. With minor exceptions, it was brought fully into force on 1st August 1998 (see Employment Rights (Dispute Resolution) Act 1998 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 1998, SI 1998/1658.
