The Apprenticeships and Skills (Public Procurement Contracts) Bill is a Private Members' Bill introduced in the House of Commons under the 10 minute rule on 14th September 2010
The purpose of the Bill is to require certain public procurement contracts let by public authorities to include a commitment by the contractor to provide apprenticeships and skills training.
