an employer cannot escape liability for acts of disability discrimination by relying on a subsequent unfair dismissal; and
An example of a case in which:-
an employee who had succeeded in her claims of unlawful disability discrimination and unfair dismissal was entitled to substantial compensation for disability discrimination and the fact that she had been (unfairly) dismissed did not mean that her employers were no longer liable for the earlier wrong of disability discrimination.
