Authority for the proposition that

in cases in which it is alleged that there is preconceived hostility because of a person's sex or race, all facts which may possibly be relevant to a claim for sex or racial discrimination must be examined by an employment tribunal, not merely those facts immediately surrounding the particular event in respect of which discrimination is claimed.
