  • The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulation Bill is a private members' Presentation Bill.

    The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulation Bill had its first reading in the House of Commons on 21st October 2010. Second reading is provisionally fixed for 17th December 2011.

    The purpose of the Bill is to "to reduce the duties on employers to report matters under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995".
