Representation:-
the one year period of continuous employment normally required for having, for example, the right not to be unfairly dismissed and/or the right to a written statement of reasons for dismissal is 365 days (or 366 in a leap year) beginning with the day the employee starts work - so the start date must be included in counting the 365 (or 366) days.
