repeated failures over a six year period by an NHS health trust to award a doctor points under a yearly discretionary points scheme amounts to a continuing act of discrimination (not a series of isolated incidents) and therefore a race discrimination claim presented within 3 months of the most recent such failure can cover the whole six year history of such failures.
For relevant general notes see Sex discrimination/time-limits and/or Racial discrimination/time-limits for claims under the Race Relations Act .
