Ms Joshi resigned on 21st February 2006. She lodged a formal grievance on 3rd April 2006 and thus was entitled to a three-month extension to the normal three month time limit for presenting a tribunal claim (ie a total of 6 months) - see Employment Act 2002 (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 2004 Reg 15.
