Kutzel v Roche Products Ltd - the burden of proof in unfair dismissal cases - Court of Appeal 17.4.08

Roche dismissed Dr Kutzel in March 2005. At the employment tribunal Roche argued that her dismissal was fair, as being for "some other substantial reason" (her breach of trust).
