The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 4) Regulations 2010 SI 2010/2126 - in force 01/10/11
Regulations increase the prescribed amount of earnings in a year, for the purposes of the earnings level for unemployability supplement from £4,836 to £4,940.
They also increase, from £93 to £95, the weekly exempt work earnings limits for employment and support allowance and incapacity benefit purposes (and certain other purposes).
