Basic Position

Authority for the proposition that:

a compromise agreement made under Race Relations Act 1976 s.72(4)(aa) can only be valid in respect of the "particular complaint" to which it refers. Therefore it cannot validly exclude Race Relations Act claims of which the employee was unaware when he signed the agreement.
