Abegaze v Shrewsbury College of Arts & Technology - Refusal to allow further postponement of remedies hearing 6 years after liability decision was reasonable [2007] EAT
In late 2000 Mr Abegaze won his employment tribunal claim for race discrimination against the College. Due to illness on his part the remedy hearing was continually postponed, until in November 2006 the chairman refused to postpone it any longer. Mr Abegaze appealed.
