Aberdeen City Council v McNeill - employee's repudiatory breach prevents subsequent constructive dismissal claim

Misconduct by employee prior to his resignation amounted to a prior repudiatory breach of his contract of employment and his resignation could not therefore give rise to a claim for unfair constructive dismissal.
