Adegbuji v Meteor Parking Ltd - "Fresh evidence appeals" should be brought by way of review application at tribunal rather than appeal to EAT [2010]

A party wishing to overturn a tribunal decision on the basis of fresh evidence should, rather than simply appealing to the EAT,  first apply for a review in the employment tribunal. That tribunal is a better forum for deciding whether fresh evidence should be admitted.
