Advance Security UK Ltd v Sheeba - statutory procedures, procedural unfairness, and contribution to dismissal

(1) A failure to disclose to the employee written complaints forming the basis of disciplinary action under the now repealed statutory procedures can constitute procedural unfairness and thus automatic unfair dismissal.

(2) A tribunal must give reasons in response to submissions that an employee has contributed to the dismissal.
