Agu v Roc UK Ltd - Tribunal's decision was so brief as to be totally deficient EAT
Miss Agu claimed to be the victim of sex discrimination. She named two male comparators whom she alleged had been allocated more extra work hours than her at the filling station where they all worked. Roc's own work rotas supported this. However, in one short paragraph an employment tribunal rejected her complaint, saying that there had been no evidence of preferential treatment of the men. Miss Agu appealed.
