Ahmed v Metroline Travel Ltd - "Disability" and reference to the Guidance under the DDA 1995 [2011] EAT
When deciding whether a person is disabled within the meaning of the DDA 1995, provided it is clear that the tribunal has fully understood the relevance of the the Guidance under the Act, it will not be an error of law to fail to expressly refer to it in the judgment.
