Ajayi v The Apuldram Centre - sums in question so small as not, in themselves, to be a proportionate use of EAT time
On occasion, the sums in question in an appeal can be so small as to make it disproportionate to argue extensively about them in the EAT.
Mrs Ajayi was a part-time support worker for the Apuldram Centre, a charity providing services to adults with learning disabilities. She was summarily dismissed for misconduct, and submitted numerous claims to the Employment Tribunal.
